We try to identify a suitable participating lawyer based on the information provided. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Response times vary, and a lawyer match is not guaranteed. This target is for our service response, not a deadline for matching or a consultation. We do not guarantee:

• A response from us or a lawyer, or any response time;
• A lawyer match, consultation, or acceptance of your matter;
• The quality or outcome of any legal services you may receive;
• Any specific timelines or results.

You may never be matched if no suitable participating lawyer is available or willing to help. Capacity, expertise, jurisdiction, conflicts of interest, and each lawyer's independent assessment and discretion may prevent a match or acceptance.

Submission alone does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Receipt of your information or an introduction is not acceptance of representation. Any lawyer-client relationship must be agreed directly with the lawyer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for the lawyer's conduct, services, or fees.

Submitting information or waiting for a response does not suspend, pause, or extend legal deadlines. We do not monitor deadlines or take steps to protect your rights. Seek urgent independent legal help for time-sensitive matters rather than waiting for this service.

Our matching service is free for users; legal services are separate and may involve fees. Confirm consultation availability, whether a consultation is free, and all fees and engagement terms directly with the lawyer before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Site;
• Any delay, failure, or unavailability of referral;
• Actions or omissions of any lawyer you are referred to.
